I have a client that has a software company that accesses a VM I have setup. For the past year and half they just used go to assist unattended support to access the VM. Then randomly it stopped working correctly. When they access the server now it just comes up with a black screen. If I allow them access when i'm remoted into it then it works perfectly fine. And if I remote in when they are doing unattended support it tells me they have an unattended support session running but they can't do anything. I'm just wondering if anyone has seen this before or has an idea what could be causing it.
I haven't changed a single thing on the server in awhile but they are trying to say it's my fault and that it's permissions causing the problem. They were working on the machine upgrading their database engine for a good week then all the sudden out of the blue it did this.
Hopefully someone might have some insight.
